KG/EN/DE 独立测试脚本

Goal

编写3个独立测试：./run_tb.sh kg、./run_tb.sh en、./run_tb.sh de，各自只测试一个操作。

Design

共享向量文件，各自只读取对应字段做单一操作测试。从 mlkem_top TB 派生，精简到只测一个操作。
