fix(arm_control): change reset height to -285mm
Reset Z coordinate changed from -120 to -285 in both YAML config and Python code default. Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent) Co-authored-by: Sisyphus <clio-agent@sisyphuslabs.ai>
